Availability: Must be available during all hours of operation, however majority of hours are worked between 6:00AM - 8:00PM
Minimum Years of Experience Preferred: 3 Years
Salary Range: Based on union scale. In addition to the hourly rate, benefits (health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, and more) and pension will be provided by the Local 353 Union.

Job Description
Elder Corporation is currently seeking applicants for side dump, pup trailer, and end dump drivers. Applicants must have a CDL. Drivers will be responsible for performing DOT inspections prior to each shift, obeying traffic laws, and reporting any safety or mechanical issues with the truck to a manager. Drivers must also have the ability to follow directions as they will be driving around to different job sites and quarries. Elder Corporation strives to have all employees home every night, as majority of our jobs are within a 70 mile radius of Des Moines.

Truck driving positions are considered Safety Sensitive, and all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations apply.

Required Skills: 
- Class A License with Air Brake Endorsement.
- Verifiable driving record
- Must be dependable and capable of reporting to work on time
- Must be able to work extended hours during the busy season
